Kids, exercise & Bikram

I have to say, one of my favorite things to do, is go and do Bikram Yoga with Mom and Dad. If you haven’t heard of it before its basically hot yoga..they heat the room to 105 degrees. Which it’s not too bad. Because I am only 9 I can only do the class 45 minutes, but its a 90 minute class for adults. I really think this is a cool way to exercise, and since I do ballet it helps me a lot with stretching and making sure I am limber and what not.

I think a lot of kids my age don’t really get out enough and exercise and play. But that’s just me (and the adults that i hear complaining that kids are always infront of the tv or iPad and all of those things.

Well I really didn’t have much to say with this post, I am just excited that we are going back to yoga Sunday after church!
